Today I’d like to draw your attention to Mayor Eric Johnson’s new cowboy hat. This thing is absolutely fire, and I’m not being sarcastic. What sort of cowboy hat is that? An LBJ hat? Like a cowboy hat that a gentleman rancher would wear? I don’t know. But it’s awesome. The mayor of Dallas should wear a cowboy hat. I am so happy that Johnson has taken his headgear in this direction. Here’s a better view of it:

So anyway. I endorse the mayor’s cowboy hat. And I’m also a fan of his orange sneakers. The orange sneakers are a huge improvement over the Vans he was wearing in December. And it looks like he’s gotten his pants under control, which is a welcome development. Now you know what I want to see? I want to see the mayor wear his leather jacket with that cowboy hat. Start getting excited now for fall!
